Watton Community Cinema - Film Screening and Cinema Cafe
Our cinema cafe will be open one hour before each performance. In the afternoon doors open 1.30pm, screening AB Fab at 2.30pm and in the evening doors open at 6.15pm, screening "I, Daniel Blake".
Expect waiter service at table, and a range of hot and cold drinks and food, usual cinema fare, pop corn, ice cream, and hot dogs and a glass of red/white wine.
Tickets will be sold on the door. Prior to 27 January, tickets are available from The Village Florist in the High Street Watton or StMarysWatton.org
From 27 January until our final screening on 29 Saturday April, we are piloting Watton Community Cinema and Cafe, with the view of raising funds for our charity Watton P.C.C. as well as meeting the need for a community social venue for the people of Watton and the surrounding area for those who enjoy going to the movies.
As this period is a pilot event we will be experimenting with what works and what doesn't, (refreshments, layout and lighting, etc). We are also advertising for volunteers to join us for the future. You might want to be a part of it; Usher, help in the cafe, welcome on the door and take tickets, be a part of the technology team, help out with arranging the set and design. Help with website, advertising, administration etc etc. We need you! Help us to create the best community cinema and social space that we can.
Only refreshments purchased on site can be consumed on the premises.
