On the eve of Remembrance Sunday, ‘Cantilena’, directed by Gordon Pullin, presents an evening concert of beautiful choral music for the Saints and the Holy Souls.
Music performed will include works by Deering, Victoria, Harris, Byrd, Walford Davies, Schubert, Blytheman, Schutz, Lassus, Naylor, Greene, Goss and Parry.
‘Cantilena’ is a choir comprising some of Norwich and Norfolk’s fine singers, and their previous concerts at St John’s have been very warmly received.
Admission is free, with a retiring collection. Wine, beer and soft drinks follow.
