He is also Secretary of the Diocesan Churches Trust, which directly administers a small number of churches in the Diocese
Eliza Greenwell, Church Care and Development Adviser. Email: Eliza.Greenwell@dioceseofnorwich.org 01603 882351 Eliza deals with faculty and ‘List B’ applications, and general enquiries. In addition, she oversees the Diocese’s programme of quinquennial inspections, the appointment of parish architects and runs the Exploring Norfolk Churches website.
Nicola Lewis, Church Buildings Support Officer. Email: nicola.lewis@dioceseofnorwich.org 01603 882369 Nicola supports the management of the Diocesan Churches Trust and administers the Minor Repairs and Improvements Grant Fund.
Frances Jackson Historic Church Building Support Officer, Email: frances.jackson@dioceseofnorwich.org 01603 882336 Frances provides support to parishes, advises on grant funding, organises training, and helps coordinate the Church Buildings Ambassador scheme. The role is part funded by Historic England, and Frances works with them on the Heritage at Risk register in the Diocese.
Anna Venn-Moncur, Historic Churches Building Support Officer. She is also currently studying for a masters in architecture and has experience working in the architecture industry. Her role is part funded by Historic England.
Margaret Mallett, DAC Administrative Support. Email: margaret.mallett@dioceseofnorwich.org 01603 882359 Margaret deals with general enquiries. She also administers the meetings of the Diocesan Advisory Committee, the Bishop of Norwich Fabric Fund and organises the DAC’s site visit programme.
